"Dillon took the time to walk me through the differences in my coverages between my former provider and what State Farm was able to provide. He was able to save me money each month and increase my coverages. He was very thorough, kind and answered each and every question I had, no matter how ridiculous it seemed. Overall, I was dreading having to speak anyone regarding changing providers and made it clear that I did not enjoy talking this much but Dillon made the process smooth. 10/10 would recommend working with him. "I was shopping for an auto insurance and was looking to bundle it with my pre-existing rental insurance with State farm and was connected with Erika. After we talked about what i was looking for, she recognized my confusions with some of the policy terms and was very patient in explaining what each policy means. She took the time to get to know me and was able to find different policy options that best suited my needs.
